TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN WARM ENOUGH TO KEEP THE PRECIPITATION AS ALL RAIN THROUGHOUT THE EVENING. THE RAIN COULD MIX WITH SNOW OVER CENTRAL AND NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN AFTER MIDNIGHT...BUT SURFACE TEMPERATURES SHOULD REMAIN WARM ENOUGH TO PREVENT ANY SNOW FROM ACCUMULATING ON ROADWAYS.
