.NOW...MUCH OF THE RAIN SNOW MIX IN AREAS SOUTH OF I94 HAS CHANGED BACK TO RAIN AS TEMPERATURES HAVE RISEN A FEW DEGREES. THE EARLIER SNOW ACCUMULATED ON COLD SURFACES AND GRASSY AREAS...WITH SOME SLUSHY ACCUMULATION OCCURRING ON ROADS OVER THE COUNTIES BORDERING ILLINOIS WHERE THE PRECIPITATION WAS HEAVIER AND MAINLY SNOW. THE GREATEST ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO 2 INCHES ON COLD SURFACES OCCURRED FROM NEAR JANESVILLE TO JUST WEST OF KENOSHA. MUCH OF THE PRECIPITATION OVER SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN WAS DIMINISHING WEST OF MADISON. THE RAIN OVER THE SOUTHEAST WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MID MORNING...BEFORE ENDING FROM THE WEST.
