THE DENSE FOG WILL BE MOST CONCENTRATED IN THE WISCONSIN RIVER VALLEY AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS. SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN WILL ALSO SEE FOG BUT NOT AS DENSE OR CONCENTRATED. MOTORISTS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION AS VISIBILITIES MAY DROP RAPIDLY.
