.NOW...LOOK FOR A MIX OF SNOW AND RAIN OVER SOUTHEAST AND SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN. SNOW WAS ACCUMULATING ON COLD SURFACES AND GRASSY AREAS...WITH MAINLY WET ROADS. HOWEVER SOME SLUSHY ACCUMULATION WAS STARTING TO OCCUR ON ROADS OVER AREAS SOUTH OF I94 WHERE THE PRECIPITATION WAS HEAVIER AND MAINLY SNOW. LOCATIONS ALONG AND TO THE NORTH OF A PORT WASHINGTON...TO THE DELLS WILL BE THE LAST TO SEE THE TRANSITION TO SNOW...DUE TO SLIGHTLY WARMER TEMPERATURES. THE BEST CHANCE OF ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL WILL OCCUR ALONG AND TO THE SOUTH OF A LINE FROM WESTERN MILWAUKEE...TO MADISON...TO THE DELLS. AT THIS TIME...IT APPEARS UP TO 2 INCHES MAY ACCUMULATE ON COLD SURFACES LIKE PARKED CARS.
