Infrastructure and property damage along the Carrabassett River between Carrabassett Valley to North Anson. Flood waters into first floors of homes in Kingfield. Access in and out of the New Portland up to Carrabassett Valley area is significantly limited. Route 27, 16, and 146 flooded.

Major flooding occurs. Flooding comparable to that in May 2023. Properties along Island Road flooded in Kingfield. Major disruptions to travel in and out of the Carrabassett Valley region with the likely closure of Route 27. Significant flooding in North Anson if coinciding high flows are occurring along the Kennebec River.
