27.5' - Water will enter the floor of the gage house.
26' - Historic flooding throughout the Kinchafoonee Creek Basin. The creek expands to more than 1 mile wide south of Century Road. Widespread and deep inundation of houses continues south of Century Road Bridge.
24' - Georgia Highway 32 and Century Road flood at this level. Catastrophic flooding continues downstream affecting many residences.
22' - Pinewood Road floods west of the bridge. Flooding continues to expand south of Century Road. Numerous homes are flooded, some significantly.
20.5' - Major flooding south of Century Road. Numerous homes are flooded as far east as Foxworth Drive. Access into the area near the creek is impossible.
18' - Significant flooding occurs south of Century Road. Numerous homes are flooded with flood waters approaching Carowind Drive.
16' - Creekside Drive is flooded in numerous areas. Access south of Kinchafoonee Creek Road may be impossible above this level. Several homes of Creekside Drive flood at this level.
15' - Widespread flooding of wooded areas and farmland continues downstream of the gauge. Further downstream, water crosses the 400 block of Creekside Drive. Water moves into the backyards of numerous homes along Creekside Drive. Flooding increases for areas south of Kinchafoonee Creek Road alongside Creekside Drive.
13' - Water floods into wooded areas and farmland downstream from the gauge. Further downstream water moves out of the bank along Creekside Drive, especially south of Kinchafoonee Creek Road as well as in the 400 block of Creekside Drive.
