Moderate flooding begins. Canal Street Bridge floods. Flooding of some homes...including a mobile home park begins on west side of Georgia Avenue.

Flood Stage is reached. Minor flooding begins. Water enters yards upstream from Canal Street Bridge and along Tanyard Branch. Several homes begin to flood just west of Georgia Avenue on Old Esom Hill Loop.
