30' - Major flooding begins. Widespread inundation flooding occurs in the woodlands and fields along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 27. The park and athletic fields will be completely flooded with up to 7 feet of water on the downstream and right bank side of the bridge. Some of the structures in the park will be flooded with 3 to 5 feet of water. Portions of Grove Road...Sewerage Plant Road and Georgia Highway 34 on the north side of Franklin will begin to flood.
29' - Significant flooding continues to expand into the woodlands and fields along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 27. The park and athletic fields will be flooded with up to 6 feet of water on the downstream and right bank side of the bridge. Some of the structures in the park will be flooded with 2 to 4 feet of water.
27' - Moderate flooding begins. Significant flooding occurs in the woodlands and fields along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 27. Most of the park and athletic fields will be flooded with up to 4 feet of water on the downstream and right bank side of the bridge. Some of the structures in the park will begin to flood.
25' - Minor flooding continues to expand into the woodlands and fields along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 27. Large portions of the park and athletic fields will be flooded with up to two feet of water on the downstream and right bank side of the bridge.
23' - Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding begins in the woodlands and fields along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 27. Low portions of the park and athletic fields will begin to flood on the downstream and right bank side of the bridge.
21' - Bankfull conditions continue to expand into low portions of the natural flood plain upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 27. The boat ramp will be flooded in a park on the downstream and right bank side of the bridge.
19' - Bankfull conditions occur upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 27. A portion of a boat ramp will begin to flood in a park on the downstream and right bank side of the bridge.
