22.1' - Water is at the top of levee protecting homes on the north and west sides of Martinsville.
21.9' - Water is at estimated height of the March 1913 flood crest or record flood level.
20' - Major flood in progress. Martinsville Wastewater Treatment Plant isolated by high water.
19' - Major flood in progress. SR 37 closed by local flooding. SR 67 flooded north and south of Paragon, isolating the town.
18.3' - Homes in an area on the right bank of the White River between Martinsville and Paragon flood.
17.8' - Flood waters cover the flood plain along SR 39 connecting SRs 37 and 67 just southwest of Martinsville. Flooding causes the evacuation of a few homes and damages Blue Bluff Road near IPL Power Plant. Local river roads are impassable.
15.3' - Extensive flooding of agricultural lands. Blue Bluff and Paragon Roads are impassable. Flood waters affect a few homes in Waverly.
12.4' - Road just north of Blue Bluff Bridge has about six inches of water on it.
11.8' - Low agricultural fields begin to flood.
10.9' - Crops begin to flood.
