42.8' - Major flooding with widespread disastrous flooding of homes in Rockport and Georgetown and other areas along the river in Simpson and Copiah counties.
39' - Major flooding of homes and many primary roads is occurring.
38' - The river approaches homes in the Rockport area.
37' - Flood water will block off many local access roads near Rockport Road. A tree farm south of Rockport near the bend on the Copiah side of the river is beginning to flood. Sugar Farm Road Closed in Rockport.
36' - Moderate flooding begins to threaten homes and many local access roads, especially on the Simpson County side of the river.
34' - Hopewell Road closed on Copiah and Simpson County sides of the river.
33' - Roads affected by flood waters near the river on the Copiah side of the river... Pearl River Lane off of Hopewell Road. Turner Lane and Lomax Road east of Crystal Springs...Water Park Lane and River Lane near Georgetown...Sugar Farm Road, Camp Lane, and Alderman Lane near Rockport.
30' - Water begins to back up into higher agricultural and pasture lands, mainly on the Simpson County side of the river.
25' - Widespread flooding of low pastureland and bottomland is occurring.
21' - Minor flooding of bottomlands is occurring in the immediate proximity of the river.
