34' - Major flooding continues along the creek upstream and downstream of the gage site. The bridge on Center Street will be flooded. The lower level of the Abbotts Crossing office building will be under water. The upper Abbotts Crossing parking lot on the corner of Center Street and six apartment buildings along Random Drive will be flooded.<br><br>31' - Major flooding begins. Water will reach the lower road level on the Center Street bridge.  There will be significant flooding of Abbotts Crossing office building and adjacent apartment buildings along Random Dr.<br><br>23' - Moderate flooding begins. The lower level of the Abbotts Crossing office building and adjacent apartment buildings along Random Drive will be flooded.<br><br>20' - Minor flooding continues along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage.  The lower parking lot at the rear of the Abbotts Crossing office building will be flooded.<br><br>16' - Minor flooding begins. The Abbott's Crossing lower parking lot will begin to flood.<br><br>14' - Action stage. Bankfull conditions are reached upstream and downstream of the gage site at Center Street.<br><br>
