6' - Significant flooding is occurring in the Annapolis City Dock area, and on portions of the Naval Academy campus. Numerous roads and fields are flooded, and water is in several buildings.

4.2' - The boardwalk at the Annapolis City Dock is underwater. Water also affects several locations near the city dock, including portions of Compromise Street and several streets on the Naval Academy campus. Franklin Manor Beach floods along Chesapeake Dr between Carrol St and Dartmouth St. Venice on the Bay begins to flood at Bay St and Hilltop Rd.

4' - In Annapolis, Dock Street along with parts of Compromise Street, 6th Street, and Chester Avenue are likely closed due to flooding.

3.7' - Woodland Beach near Oakwood Rd and Silver Run Rd is flooded. Water partially covers West Shady Rd between West River Rd and Shadyrest Rd. In Bayside Beach, several homes surrounded by water around the area where Lake Dr, Ducks Cove Road, and Summit Dr intersect.

3.5' - At 3.5 feet, water reaches the floor of the Maritime Museum in Annapolis, begins to cover Bowyer Road on the Naval Academy campus, and numerous businesses on Dock Street are flooded, along with the City Dock parking lot. Bayside Beach begins to flood around Harbor Rd and Lake Dr.

3.3' - Water is likely coming up through storm drains and approaching businesses on Dock Street in Annapolis. Water approaches the Maritime Museum and begins to cover Bowyer Road at the Naval Academy.

2.8' - Flooding of the Dock Street parking area is possible, and water could cover much of the parking area under certain circumstances.

2.6' - Water begins to cover the immediate area surrounding the Alex Haley Memorial near Annapolis City Dock. The nearby Dock Street parking area may begin to see pooled water affecting parking capacity.

2.4' - Water may begin to pond in the parking lot at Annapolis City Dock.
