25.02' - June 2006 catastrophic flooding. Towns of Conklin and Kirkwood were inudated between Route 11 and Route 7 from the City of Binghamton line to the Pennsylvania state line. Hundreds of homes and businesses destroyed or severely damaged. Five feet of water covered Route 7.
23.94' - September 2011 flood stage. Widespread and devastating flooding. Areas between Kirkwood Avenue and Conklin Road from the Binghamton city line to the Pennsyvania state line are severely impacted by deep floodwaters.
20' - Major flood stage. Severe flooding of roads, residential and business areas in Conklin, Conklin Center and Kirkwood. Several sections of Route 7 are flooded from the Industrial Parkway to the Binghamton city line.
19' - Flooding develops away from the river between Route 7 and the railroad tracks, threatening properties on Cherry Drive, Melody Lane and Roxbury Street in Conklin. Intersection of Route 7 and Shaw Road flooded.
18' - Extensive basement and first floor flooding develops on Woodcrest Way, especially north of Munson Avenue. Flooding also threatens homes along Route 7 in Conklin Center.
17' - Numerous properties and basements flooded on Woodcrest Way near the river. Water covers Cuddeback Drive and Schnurbusch Park.
15' - Moderate flood stage. Lawrence, River and Alta Roads under water. Valley park near Five Mile Point floods. Schnurbusch Park flooded.
14' - Water begins to affect properties closest to the river from Corbettsville to Five Mile Point. Some water begins to back up into Schnurbusch Park.
12' - Flood stage. Alta, River and Lawrence Roads closed in the Town of Conklin due to minor flooding. No homes are flooded at this river stage. Valley park in Kirkwood takes on water.
