36' - expect widespread flooding, with serious flooding possible between Corvallis and Albany on the west bank of the river. At this and higher stages, the Willamette River between Harrisburg and Corvallis has historically been up to 3 miles wide.

32' - expect flooding of low spots of Hwy 99 south of Corvallis, the Corvallis-Albany Hwy, and Hwy 34 near Corvallis.

30' - expect extensive flooding of low-lying agricultural land east and south of Corvallis. Flooding of low areas of Hwy 34 and numerous roads in and near Corvallis begins.

28' - expect flooding of some river island access roads and secondary roads east of Corvallis.

26' - the river is at bankfull level and may spill out of its banks at some locations between Harrisburg and Albany.
