33' - Record flooding occurs with widespread inundation of the woodlands upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80. The flood waters will be around 10 feet deep on Rex Miller Road and Old River Lane. Homes on these roads and on River Ridge Road will be under 8 feet of water. Additional homes on portions of Hudson Street...South Decatur Street and Robert Plummer Road will be flooded. Large portions of the Riverview Park Golf Course will be flooded under several feet of water.

32' - Major flooding continues with widespread inundation of the woodlands upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80. The flood waters will be around 9 feet deep on Rex Miller Road and Old River Lane. Homes on these roads and on River Ridge Road will be under 7 feet of water. Additional homes on portions of Hudson Street...South Decatur Street and Robert Plummer Road will begin to flood. Large portions of the Riverview Park Golf Course will be flooded under few feet of water.

30' - Major flooding begins with widespread inundation of the woodlands and agricultural areas upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80. The flood waters will be around 7 feet deep on Rex Miller Road and Old River Lane. Several homes on these roads and on River Ridge Road will be under 5 feet of water. Additional roads such as Hudson Street...South Decatur Street and Robert Plummer Road will begin to flood. Large portions of the Riverview Park Golf Course will be flooded.

27' - Significant flooding expands into the woodlands and agricultural areas upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80. The flood waters will be around 4 feet deep on Rex Miller Road and Old River Lane. Several homes on these roads will be under two feet of water. Also a few homes on River Ridge Road will be flooded with a foot of water. Portions of the Riverview Park Golf Course will be flooded.

25.5' - Significant flooding continues in the woodlands and agricultural areas upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80. The flood waters will be around two feet deep on Rex Miller Road...downstream left bank of the Highway 80 bridge and Old River Lane...upstream and left bank from the bridge. Some of the homes on these roads will begin to experience flooding. Also a few homes begin to flood on River Ridge Road...downstream and right bank from the U.S. Highway 80 bridge.

25' - Moderate flooding begins. Significant flooding occurs in the woodlands and agricultural areas upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80. The flood waters will be around two feet deep on Rex Miller Road...downstream left bank of the Highway 80 bridge and Old River Lane...upstream and left bank from the bridge. Some of the homes on these roads will begin to experience flooding.

24' - Minor flooding spreads further into the woodlands and agricultural areas near the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80. The flood waters will be around one foot deep on Rex Miller Road...downstream left bank of the Highway 80 bridge and Old River Lane...upstream and left bank from the bridge. The water level will approach the foundations of a few homes on these roads.

23.5' - Minor flooding spreads further into the woodland areas. The water level begins to flood Rex Miller Road...downstream left bank of the Highway 80 bridge. Also Old River Lane...upstream and left bank from the bridge begins to flood.

23' - Minor flooding continues in the woodlands and natural flood plain along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80. Flooding will increase on some dirt river access roads. The water level will be at least one foot deep in some sections of the roads.

22' - Minor flooding continues in the woodlands and natural flood plain along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80. Portions of some dirt river access roads will begin to flood.

21' - Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding begins in the woodlands and natural flood plain along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80.

20' - Bankfull conditions occur along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80. Water begins to spill out into the flood plain.
