35' - Great destruction to transportation systems in Greene County. Worthington, Newberry, and numerous rural residents cut off from the outside world. Floodwaters threaten water wells for Bloomfield. All levees in Greene County are breached and or overtopped. The downstream towns of Elnora and Westphalia are flooded as a result of these levee breaches.

34' - Great destruction to transportation systems, agricultural fields, and many homes in Greene County. Many residents in Greene County are isolated. Residents of Worthington needing hospital care should have evacuated before this level.

33.5' - Record flooding is in progress. Four important state roads flood, including U.S. 231. Extensive flooding in the Third Steet Neighborhood of Worthington could be worse than June 2008 especially if the Eel River is at record level. Worthington is an island because every way out of town is flooded. Railroad tracks southwest of Worthington, just south of SR 67, wash out just like in June 2008.

32.9' - Homes on the north side of Worthington flood, some on the first floor. Worthington Park extensively flooded. Railroad grade just east of SR 67 just south of Worthington extensively washed out. Some rails noticeably twisted. Fish Creek south of Freedom was a "river" and washed out a water line.

31.9' - Flooding of northern residential area of Worthington generally north of 3rd Street.

30' - Major flood is in progress. Evacuations from river cabins is necessary. Water is near top of levees. Flooding begins in lowest areas of Worthington near the Eel River. Flood waters are in Shawnee Airfield's hanger. Levee in the Lyons-Marco area needed sandbagged during the January 2005 flood. SR 157 north of Worthington will likely be flooded.

29' - Major flood is in progress. High water threatens downstream levees. Some evacuations of rural areas is necessary.

28' - Evacuations may be necessary from river cabins. There is concern about downstream levees. Train traffic halts at Elnora across White River. Backwater floods curve on south end of track.

26' - Shawnee Airfield floods as flood waters begin to get into the hangar. Relocation of livestock may be necessary.

24.5' - North end of runway of Shawnee Airfield begins to flood. High water surrounds river cabins. Extensive agricultural flooding is in progress.

24' - State Road 157 between Worthington and Bloomfield begins to flood. County Road 175 south of Bloomfield floods. County Road 100 W between CR 110 N and SR 67 (Jefferson Twp), CR 850 N between SR 48 and SR 157 (Jefferson Twp), CR 250 W between SR 54 and CR 250 N (Fairplay Twp), CR 200 W between CR 157 S and CR 260 S (Washington Twp), CR 100 W between CR 100 S and CR 260 S (Washington Twp), and CR 100 W between CR 250 W and the White River affected by high water.

23.5' - County Road 100 N leading to Shawnee Field floods. High water affecting other roads near the White River in Greene County also. Extensive flooding of river bottomlands.

23' - Extensive flooding of agricultural lands begin.

21' - Eastern portion of CR 100 S in Greene County floods leading to Plummer. Flooding covers all low bottomlands.

20' - River Road north of CR 150 W in Greene County is flooded. Low agricultural fields flood.

18' - River approaching River Road north of CR 150 W in Greene County. Some low lying agricultural land begins to flood.
