37' - expect widespread flooding of homes and roads in and around Farmington, Tualatin, and West Linn. Historically, numerous homes in Tualatin along and near the river have flooded at this level. The Oswego Canal inlet gate will likely be overtopped.
36' - expect major flooding of numerous homes and roads from Farmington downstream to Tualatin. Historically, evacuations in several areas including Farmington, Tualatin, and Rivergrove have taken place when the river reached this stage. The Oswego Canal inlet gate is in danger of being overtopped.
35' - expect widespread flooding of lowland areas. Flooding of numerous residential areas in and around Farmington, Tualatin, and Rivergrove just east of I-5 begins at this level. Also expect flooding of numerous roads and subsequent road closures in these areas.
34' - expect inundation of large areas along the Tualatin from Farmington downstream to the City of Tualatin. The main flood impact is to low-lying pastures and farmland along the river, but lower elevations of some secondary roads between Farmington and Tualatin may be flooded, and some structures in the city of Tualatin may be threatened by flood water.
32' - expect flooding of numerous fields and low-lying farms, along with flooding of a few secondary roads in and around Farmington and Tualatin. Some farmland near the river channel will be inundated.
28' - the river is at bankfull level. Above this level, some inundation of low areas and farmland along the river channel will occur.
