28' - expect major and widespread flooding in parts of Woodland, with flooding of property and many residences, buildings, and roads along the Lewis River upstream and downstream of Woodland.

26' - expect widespread flooding of low lying roads and residential property in and upstream of Woodland, with numerous road closures likely. Several homes are likely flooded started at this level, and the Woodland airport is inundated.

25' - expect flooding of many residential access roads along the Lewis River. Some homes and buildings may be threatened with flooding. Numerous road closures are likely. The Woodland airport is flooded at this level.

24' - flooding begins at the Woodland airport and other low lying areas along I-5. Expect widespread flooding of low lying property upstream of Woodland. Some residential access roads will be flooded, such as the vicinity of Hayes Road and Sandpiper Drive and Blue Heron Drive on the Clark County side of the Lewis just east of Woodland.

22' - expect flooding of low-lying property along the Lewis River. A few of the lowest spots on rural roads and residential access roads will be flooded.

19' - the Lewis River at and upstream of Woodland is at bankfull level. Some minor flooding of low lying property may occur.
