20' - Floodwaters inundate most of northern, western, and southern Prospect.

18' - Flood waters threatens the Route 47 bridge with widespread flooding along northern parts of town west of 5th Street. Flood waters threaten Main Street in downtown Prospect. Many roads in and out of town are inundated. Homes in northern Deleware County are inundated along Route 257 north.

15' - Widespread flooding occurs northern parts of Prospect. The most significant flooding occurs on north Elm Street, Northeast Street, Sellers Street, and Mulberry Street. Both River Road and Route 257 north of Route 36 are impassable with water several feet deep in areas. Homes become inundated.

14' - Long stretches of both River Road and Route 257 are flooded in northwest Deleware county, from near Route 36 to the Marion County line.

13.5' - Flooding occurs along several streets north of Market Street including North Elm Street, Northeast Street, Sellers Street, and Mulberry Street. Extensive crop flooding. Highway 203 is covered with flood waters for 2 miles.

13' - Water covers large stretches of River Road and portions of Route 257 north of Route 36 in northwest Delaware county.

12' - Highway 203 inaccessible north of Prospect. In Prospect, Elm, West River, Prospect, and Upper Sandusky Roads are flood. Water covers portions of River Road north of Hoskins Road in northwest Deleware County. Lowland flooding also begins along State Route 257 north of Route 36.

10' - Highway 203 is inaccessible north of Prospect. Flooding occurs near Elm Street in northern parts of Prospect.

9' - Water inundates low portions of Highway 203 north of Prospect.
