20' - Record flooding. This level exceeds the historic 1913 flood which caused extensive damage to the region. Widespread flooding expected.

17' - The FEMA 0.2 percent flood level. Major flooding in Waterville occurs. Residences on River Road sustain significant damage.

16' - The first floors of a few homes and businesses on Water Street and North River Road inundated in Waterville. Numerous road closures due to flooding.

15' - The FEMA 1 percent flood level. Residences on Water Street and North River Road are threatened. The river reaches the Water Street. Three houses on the river side of Water Street are cut off from emergency access. On River Road just south of School Court, a dozen homes are surrounded by water with basement inundation. Flood waters extend out to Jerome Road. Tenmile Creek likely to flood due to backwater which can cut off Harroun Road. Portions of State Routes 110 and 65 inundated.

14' - Residences along the river may experience basement flooding.

13' - Floodwaters can back up through storm drains onto Water Street in Waterville making roads inaccessible.

12' - Flooding begins in Side Cut Metropark. The river is out of banks in Waterville.

11' - A few riverside cabins in Waterville become threatened. Lowland flooding occurs along with some water inundation on River Road.

9' - Flooding occurs in lowland areas near the river.
