20' - Major flooding begins along the creek with the water level reaching the horizontal utility pipe under the Northside Drive bridge. Several evacuations will be needed. Water enters businesses and homes along Peachtree Park Drive...Peachtree Memorial Drive...and the Colonial Homes apartments. Homes not elevated continue to flood with up to 2 feet of water along Woodward Way...Sagamore Drive...Peachtree Battle Avenue and Circle...Hanover West Drive...Bohler Road and Battleview Drive.
19' - Significant flooding expands upstream and downstream from Northside Drive. Parking lots near the section of Peachtree Road...Fairhaven Circle and Peachtree Memorial Drive begin to flood. Woodward Way is completely flooded with several feet of water and the water is around 1 foot deep in some homes that have not been elevated. Sections of Sagamore Drive...Hanover West Drive...and Peachtree Battle Avenue and Circle will flood with 1 to 4 feet of water. Around 1 foot of water will be in some homes.
18' - Moderate flooding begins along portions of the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on Northside Drive. A parking lot near the corner of Peachtree Road and Fairhaven Circle begins to flood. Woodward Way will flood with 1 to 5 feet of water and reach the foundation of some homes that have not been elevated. Sections of Hanover West Drive and backyards on portions of Peachtree Battle Avenue will flood with 1 to 3 feet of water and it will be reaching the foundation of some homes.
17' - Flood Stage is reached with minor flooding along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on Northside Drive. Woodward Way becomes impassable with 1 to 4 feet of water on the road. Front yards of homes will also be flooded. The Atlanta Memorial Park and large portions of the Cross Creek and Bobby Jones Golf Courses are flooded. Sections of Hanover West Drive and backyards on portions of Peachtree Battle Avenue will be flood with 1 to 2 feet of water.
15' - Atlanta Memorial Park starts to have high water as the creek overflows into the park near the gage on Northside Drive. The City of Atlanta may barricade a portion of Woodward Way near Peachtree Battle Avenue due to 1 to 2 feet of water over a portion of the road. Backyards of homes on sections of Peachtree Battle Avenue and Hanover West Drive and portions of the Cross Creek and Bobby Jones Golf Courses will begin to flood.
13' - Bankfull conditions are reached upstream and downstream from the gage on Northside Drive. Water begins to flow into low areas on the Bobby Jones and Cross Creek Golf Courses.
