22' - The Citizens Lodge north of town is surrounded by flood waters. Water floods Old US Road east of Marianna near Bridgewood Drive. Areas along Cook Road and Kiwi Trail experience significant flooding and are inaccessible along the Chipola River. Homes in Turtle Bend become inaccessible.
21' - Extensive flooding occurs in the Citizens Lodge Park. Water begins to approach the lodge.
20.5' - Flooding increases south of Interstate 10 with near Magnolia Road. Water begins to surround several homes off Turtle Bend Lane. Access into the area is severely restricted.
20' - Water spreads out across the flood plain north of Marianna near Caverns Road inundating much of the Citizens Lodge Park.
19' - The Florida Caverns is subject to closure. Flooding increases at Turtle Bend Lane beginning to flood primary access into the area. Residences along Cook Road and Kiwi Trail along the Chipola River begin to flood.
18.5' - Water begins to overtop the bank at Turtle Bend Lane.
18' - Water begins to overflow into low lying areas north of town near the Florida Caverns. The southern half of the Citizens Lodge Park begins to flood. The Magnolia Road boat ramp begins to flood. Structures not elevated on Bear Paw Lane and River Chase Road begin to flood.
16' - The Yancey Boat Ramp off Caverns Road floods.
