40' - Significant flooding continues along the Harpeth River, affecting many roads and homes in the Franklin area. In downtown Franklin, flooding is impacting many roads, homes, and businesses between W Main St and Del Rio Pike, and between Boyd Mill Ave and Liberty Pike. Water reaches homes in the Moore’s Landing and Natures Landing neighborhoods.
38' - Significant Flooding in the Franklin area continues to impact many roads including Hillsboro Rd, Mack Hatcher, E Main St, Lewisburg Pike, and Hwy 96. Many neighborhoods are impacted including homes on Culpepper Cir, Carriage Park Dr, Fair St and W Main St between 5th Ave N and 11th Ave N. Water approaches homes in the Moore’s Landing and Natures Landing neighborhoods, and on Southampton Ct.
36' - Many roads are impassable including Hillsboro Rd from downtown to Lexington Pkwy, Mack Hatcher from Franklin Rd to Del Rio Pike, E Main St near 1st Ave and Lewisburg Pike at Natures Landing Dr. Water approaches Hwy 96 at Eddy Ln and between 5th Ave N and 11th Ave N, which may be impassable at higher levels. Water reaches properties on Riverview and Riverbend Dr, homes on Carnton Ln near Lewisburg Pike and Green St, and approaches homes on Culpepper Cir and Carriage Park Dr.
34' - Extensive flooding continues to impact Franklin including Hillsboro Rd and Mack Hatcher, as well as many neighborhoods adjacent to the river including Fieldstone Farms. In downtown Franklin, flooding continues to impact properties north of Bridge St and approaches properties on 1st Ave and E Main St which may be impassable at higher levels. Water approaches properties on Riverview Dr and Riverbend Dr, and approaches homes on Carnton Ln near Lewisburg Pike, and Blue Grass Dr.
32' - Extensive flooding is impacting Hillsboro Rd, Mack Hatcher, Fieldstone Pkwy, downtown Franklin north of Bridge St, and homes on Gillette Dr, Lewisburg Pike, Ewingville Dr, Old Liberty Pike, Daniels Dr, Lancaster Dr, Belmont Cir, Summer Haven Cir, Wimbledon Cir, Baxter Ln, Colt Ln, Meadowgreen Dr, Caroline Cir, Ascot Ln, Riverwood Dr, and Cottonwood Dr. Water approaches portions of Old Hillsboro Rd – Hwy 46 near Kinnie Rd, Eddy Ln at Murfreesboro Rd and may be impassable at higher levels.
30' - Water impacts portions of Hillsboro Rd between Hwy 96 and Fieldstone Pkwy, properties north of Bridge St in downtown Franklin, and homes on Rebel Cir, Crafton Ave, and Allen Ave. Water approaches homes on Gillette Dr, Lewisburg Pike, Ewingville Dr, Old Liberty Pike, Daniels Dr, Lancaster Dr, Belmont Cir, Summer Haven Cir, Wimbledon Cir, Baxter Ln, Colt Ln, Meadowgreen Dr, Caroline Cir, Ascot Ln, Riverwood Dr, Cottonwood Dr, as well as many homes in Fieldstone Farms south of Fieldstone Pkwy.
28' - Areas along Lewisburg Pike between Stewart St and Mack Hatcher are impacted and may be inaccessible at higher levels. The north side of downtown Franklin is impacted and water approaches homes on Rebel Cir, Crafton Ave, Allen Ave, Essex Park Cir, Penbrook Dr, Glastonbury Dr and Burlington Pass. Water approaches Hillsboro Rd between Mack Hatcher and Fieldstone Pkwy, and adjacent properties between Hwy 96 and Del Rio Pike, which may be impassable at higher levels.
26' - Many locations along the river are impacted including Fulton Greer Park, Bicentennial Park, Fieldstone Park, The Park at Harlinsdale Farm, Lynwood Park, and Pinkerton Park, as well as Franklin Bridge and Cheekwood Golf Clubs. Roads are also impacted, including Lewisburg Pike, 3rd Ave N near the intersection with 4th Ave N, Cotton Ln near Fieldstone Pkwy, and Del Rio Pike near Two Rivers Ln. Water approaches property at Hunters Bend Elementary School.
24' - Water continues to impact Franklin Bridge and Cheekwood Golf Clubs, Bicentennial Park, the ballfields at Fieldstone Park, The Park at Harlinsdale Farm, Lynwood Park, and Pinkerton Park. Lewisburg Pike, 3rd Ave N near the intersection with 4th Ave N, Cotton Ln near Fieldstone Pkwy, and Del Rio Pike near Two Rivers Ln are impassable.
22' - Water covers portions of Lewisburg Pike between U.S. 431 and the Carnton Plantation which is impassable, as well as 3rd Ave N near the intersection with 4th Ave N, and approaches Cotton Ln near Fieldstone Pkwy, Del Rio Pike near Two Rivers Ln, and Old Natchez Trace near Temple Rd. Water continues to impact Franklin Bridge Golf Club, Cheekwood Golf Club, walking trails at Bicentennial Park, ballfields at Fieldstone Park, portions of The Park at Harlinsdale Farm, Lynwood Park, and Pinkerton Park.
20' - Low lying areas along the river are inundated, including portions of Franklin Bridge Golf Club, Cheekwood Golf Club, walking trails at Bicentennial Park, canoe and kayak launches, and ballfields at Fieldstone Park. The Park at Harlinsdale Farm, and Lynwood Park begin to be inundated, and water approaches portions of Lewisburg Pike between U.S. 431 and Carnton Plantation.
18' - Low lying and agricultural areas along the river begin to be inundated, as well as portions of the Franklin Bridge Golf Club, canoe and kayak launches, and ballfields at Fieldstone Park.
