16' - The municipal airport southeast of Kinsley...and the southeast part of Kinsley generally south of Main street...will be inundated by up to 2 feet of water. The city park will be inundated with around 2 feet of water.
14' - County roads along the Arkansas River will become impassable in some areas. Floodwaters will start to encroach on the municipal airport southeast of Kinsley.
12' - Floodwater will overflow the banks of the Arkansas River resulting in minor flooding of adjacent farmland and pasture land along the river.
