Many bridges will be closed and possibly damaged. This stage roughly corresponds to Phase 4 in the Lewis County flood system. Flooding will occur all along the river including headwaters...tributaries...and other streams within and near the upper Chehalis River Basin.
323.5' - deep and hazardous flood waters of the upper Chehalis and South Fork Chehalis Rivers will inundate many residential and commercial areas and roadways including Hwy. 6...potentially closing schools. Other impacted roadways and surrounding areas include Curtis Hill...Lake Creek...Moon Hill...Wildwood...Beaver Creek...and King Roads in the Boisfort Valley and Labri Rd. and Front St. below Doty. This stage roughly corresponds to Phase 3 in the Lewis County flood system.
