The north approach of the river bridge is flooded. Flood waters begin to spread to a width of 1 mile along the north bank.

Water flows over 103rd Street about 2 miles west of Clearwater. Flooding is about 2 feet deep in that area. South of Clearwater the river expands to about 1/2 mile on the south bank. Expect many county roads near the river to be flooded.
