Hydrograph for Clackamas River near Estacada
28' - expect major flooding along the river from Estacada downstream to the confluence with the Willamette River. The most severe impacts will likely be in the Carver area, along with the developed areas near the confluence of the Clackamas and Willamette Rivers.
25' - expect major flood damage at parks along the river. Also expect flooding in Carver, along with numerous homes along the Clackamas River from Estacada downstream to the confluence with the Willamette.
23' - expect flooding to begin in the light industrial areas near the confluence of the Clackamas and Willamette Rivers. A trailer court at Carver is threatened at this point. Some access roads are flooded and closed above this level from Estacada downstream to Carver.
21' - expect widespread flooding of lowland and agricultural land from Estacada to Carver. Numerous parks along the river are also threatened with flooding.
20' - expect lowland flooding from Estacada several miles downstream to Carver.
