Wertzville is an unincorporated community in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, United States, along the southern foothill of Blue Mountain. The Simmons Creek flows south through the village to the Conodoguinet Creek, which flows generally east to the Susquehanna River.
