Mifflinburg is a borough in Union County, Pennsylvania, United States. Located in the Susquehanna River Valley of central Pennsylvania, Mifflinburg was settled in 1792 by German immigrants. A horse drawn buggy and carriage manufacturing company was established in 1845, and Mifflinburg become a major manufacturing center of these in the late 19th century.
