We`ve seen some areas with high rainfall rates today under slow
moving storms leading to some minor flooding, particularly over
the Rio Grande Plains. Convection will linger tonight through
Monday, slowly drifting to the south and east, with rain chances
(and high rainfall rates) diminishing. By Monday night or Tuesday
morning, we will be back into a period of mostly dry weather as
the offending boundary stalls leaving most of the rain chances to
our south.
Temperatures will be fairly moderate for us through the upcoming
week, remaining at or just below 100 degrees across the whole
area. We might even see low temperatures in the mid-60s across the
Victoria Crossroads early this week.

While VFR conditions are expected through this TAF cycle, MVFR/IFR
conditions are possible in and around any showers and
thunderstorms that will persist through Monday.

Northeasterly to easterly flow will be gentle (BF 3) to moderate
(BF 4) with near 2 ft seas. Similar conditions remain through the
forecast period. Chances for showers and thunderstorms have a
moderate chance (50-70%) through tonight, and will remain low
(around 30% chance) for the remainder for the forecast period.
