Roland is a town in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, United States. It is part of the Fort Smith, Arkansas-Oklahoma Metropolitan Statistical Area and the second most populated place in Sequoyah County. The population was 3,316 at the 2020 census, slightly higher than the 3,169 recorded in the 2010 census and the 2,842 recorded in the 2000 census.
