Mannsville is a village in the town of Ellisburg in Jefferson County, New York, United States. The population was 354 at the 2010 census, down from 400 in 2000. The name is from Barzillian Mann, early developer. Mannsville is in the southeastern part of Ellisburg and is south of Watertown.
